Solution: Building the Operational Bridge

I served as the primary Operations Lead, translating the fellowships mission into a repeatable logistical framework.


  • >End-to-End Logistics & Vendor Management: Directed the full travel and hospitality lifecycle for a national fellowship cohort and executive facilitators.This included securing venue contracts, managing complex multi-city travel arrangements, and coordinating local program participation with a focus on high-touch stakeholder care.

  • >Production & Fiscal Oversight: Managed the comprehensive production budget and resource allocation. Oversaw technical requirements and activations at the event venue, ensuring equipment, staffing, and safety protocols met professional standards.

  • >Strategic Communications & Engagement: Developed the outreach and PR strategy to elevate the program’s visibility. I ensured the project’s impact was documented and shared, building a narrative of belonging that resonated with both internal stakeholders and the public.
