As the Executive Creative Producer, I conceptualized and executed a high-stakes transformation of the organization's flagship experience.


  • Cross-Functional Unification: Integrated live orchestral performance with visual art, digital media, and a diverse range of movement. I replaced a singular, traditional style with a unification of four disparate artistic worlds—Modern, Urban, Classical Indian, and Classical Chinese—unifying them into a single, cohesive performance stage.

  • Stakeholder Management: Curated a high-trust space that allowed classical musicians, veteran patrons, and digital artists to collaborate effectively. I served as the central hub, utilizing technology to bridge the gap between legacy formats and modern media.
