As the Executive Producer for the Silicon Valley Music Festival, I led an innovative initiative to blend classical music with contemporary art forms, overseeing the festival's artistic vision, talent curation, and production. Our mission was to transform the relationship Silicon Valley communities have with classical music and establish its social relevance by creating a cross-pollination of artistic mediums and multi-sensory experiences.

We aimed to produce concerts and educational programs that are both musically and financially accessible to diverse audiences, positioning the festival as a catalyst for musical ingenuity. From inception through to post-production, I managed the annual festival and seasonal concerts, focusing on:

• Programming Design and Scoping: Talent management, budget planning, tracking & reconciliation.
• Contract & Vendor Negotiations: Efficiently hiring and sourcing talent and services, and exploring sponsorship opportunities.
• Community Engagement: Cultivating over 30 new collaborative partnerships with local organizations, funders, and community supporters.
