Operations + Event Logistics

Digital Storytelling

Community Building

TechWomen—an initiative of the U.S. Department of State—is designed to empower the next generation of women leaders in STEM across Africa, Central and South Asia, and the Middle East. The program required bridging a gap: proactively engaging a distributed network of 1,000+ global alumni and mentors while running yearly mentorship and global exchange fellowship with 100+ participants.

In my role, I operated at the intersection of Global Operations and Impact Storytelling. I provided end-to-end support for fellowship immersions and international delegations, managing vendors, compliance, and executive coordination. Beyond the logistics, I served as a storyteller and data steward; by authoring weekly strategic reports for the U.S. Department of State, I translated program data into inclusive narratives that demonstrated ROI and program outcomes.

Through digital engagement and in-person connection, I helped drive visibility and cohesion for the TechWomen network, ensuring that our alumnae didn't just exist in a database, but functioned as a thriving global ecosystem of changemakers and women in STEM.
