Challenge: Moving from Appreciation to Activation Leadership required a compelling strategic theme that transcended standard advocacy. Within the local ecosystem, there was a significant gap in structural support and high-stakes dialogue. We needed a forum that moved beyond passive appreciation to active participation, requiring a strategy that engaged stakeholders across local, state, and national levels.



Solution: Strategic Programming & Resource Optimization 

Pitched and developed the end-to-end strategy for this high-profile forum, partnering with national organizations to elevate the local dialogue.


  • Strategic Programming & Curation: Identified Equitable Access as the core engagement pillar. Curated a panel of high-impact community builders and policy leaders—including the CEO of SVCreates—to ensure the conversation balanced theoretical policy with operational practice.

  • Partnership Development & Venue Procurement: Leveraged existing relationships to negotiate a strategic partnership with the local Women’s Club. I secured their historic facility as a 100% in-kind donation, successfully eliminating venue overhead costs and maximizing the project’s remaining budget.
